___________________________________________________ DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE: August 31, 1995 ___________________________________________________ GSBCA 13388-P TECHNOLOGY ADVANCEMENT GROUP, INC., Protester, v. DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE, Respondent. John A. McEwan and Gary Benz of Technology Advancement Group, Inc., Chantilly, VA, appearing for Protester. Clarence D. Long, III, Office of the General Counsel, Department of the Air Force, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. NEILL, Board Judge. ORDER This protest was filed by Technology Advancement Group, Inc. (TAG). Protester challenges a recent decision by the Air Force to purchase certain automatic data processing equipment off a non-mandatory schedule contract of the General Services Administration. Protester's request to suspend the Air Force delegation of procurement authority applicable to this procurement was denied by the Board as untimely. The Air Force, however, advised that it would not complete the purchase until it had reviewed the facts relating to this procurement. By letter dated August 28, 1995, Air Force counsel advised protester and the Board that, after careful consideration of the facts, the Air Force had decided to proceed with the procurement. Protester's representatives were then asked by the Board if they wished to pursue the protest further. They replied that they did not. Accordingly, the protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
