Kau, Office of Counsel, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, VA, counsel for Respondent. DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman). ORDER Technology Advancement Group, Inc. (TAG), protested the placement of a delivery order by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren (Virginia) Division (NSWCDD), against the General Services Administration (GSA) multiple award schedule contract held by Centronics, Inc. According to the protester, the equipment ordered is not offered on Centronics' contract. The parties promptly filed a joint motion to dismiss the protest. The motion contains these paragraphs: NSWCDD has been unable to conclusively determine in fact that the awardee has all required items on its GSA schedule contract. Consequently, NSWCDD has decided to and will cancel the awarded contract. NSWCDD will reevaluate and verify its needs, and thereafter take appropriate action to meet such verified needs. NSWCDD will inform TAG of this reevaluation and resultant action. In accordance with the wishes of the parties, this protest is DISMISSED. _________________________ STEPHEN M. DANIELS Board Judge
