ORDER On August 7, 1995, Media Funding, Inc., d/b/a Media Visions, Inc., filed this post-award protest with the Board, challenging actions of the respondent, the Department of the Navy, in its conduct of the procurement. Following the docketing of the protest, the protester moved to dismiss its protest. The Board has not reached the merits of the protest and has not determined that the underlying procurement is, or is not, subject to the Brooks Automatic Data Processing Act. 40 U.S.C. 759, as amended.
