DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE: June 20, 1995 GSBCA 13300-P BLANCHARD AND CALHOUN COMMERCIAL CORPORATION, Protester, v. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, Respondent. Pam Bragg of Blanchard and Calhoun Commercial Corporation, Augusta, GA, appearing for Protester. Michael F. Kiely, Office of the General Counsel, Research and Operations Divisions, Department of Agriculture, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman). ORDER This protest involves a procurement for the lease of real property. On June 13, in a telephonic conference, protester's representative acknowledged that because the Board's jurisdiction to consider protests is limited to procurements of automatic data processing equipment, we cannot hear this case. She stated an intention to withdraw the protest and refile it with the General Accounting Office. Protester's representative said that she would send us a letter formally withdrawing the case. Protester has not responded to repeated telephone requests for submission of the letter. The Board now DISMISSES THE PROTEST WITHOUT PREJUDICE. This dismissal shall become one with prejudice at the close of business on June 21 unless either party requests reinstatement of the case prior to that time. _________________________ STEPHEN M.
