        Hughes  Data   Systems  (13279-P)   and  Digital   Equipment
   Corporation (13282-P) filed  these protests on May 16,  1995.  On
   May 19, counsel  for Hughes and Digital filed  motions to dismiss
   the protests.
 
        Accordingly,  these protests  are DISMISSED  WITH PREJUDICE.
