                                 ORDER
 
        Protester, LA  Systems, withdraws Counts II and  III of this
   three-count protest.   Respondent and intervenor do not object to
   the withdrawal of those counts.   Earlier, the Board denied Count
   I.  LA Systems v. Department of the Air Force, GSBCA 13256-P (May
   30,  1995).  Pursuant  to the agreement  of the  parties and Rule
   28(a), Counts II and III are DISMISSED.
