   PER CURIAM.
 
        Protester Digital  Equipment Corporation has moved  for full
   Board consideration of  our decision dismissing its  protest, and
   that  of  Hughes  Data  Systems,  as  untimely  filed.    Digital
   Equipment Corp. v. Department of the Navy, GSBCA 13242-P, et al.,
   1995 BPD   104 (May 17, 1995), motion for reconsideration denied,
   1995 BPD   138 (July 11, 1995).
 
        The motion for full Board consideration is DENIED.
