                                 ORDER
 
        On March 15, 1995, the  Board docketed this protest filed by
   Amdahl Corporation concerning  the purchase of a  large mainframe
   processor by the Department of the Navy.
 
        On March 20,  1995, protester filed a motion  to dismiss its
   protest.  Respondent had no objection.
 
        Accordingly,  the protest  is  DISMISSED WITHOUT  PREJUDICE.
