                                 ORDER
 
        In a protest  filed on March 3, 1995,  Bell Atlantic Network
   Services, Inc. protested  the respondent's denial of  its request
   for  additional time  to  prepare for  a Live  Test Demonstration
   (LTD) as  well as its  refusal to confirm Bell  Atlantic's under-
   standing of the requirements for successfully completing the LTD.
   On March 15, 1995, protester moved to withdraw its protest.
 
        In  accordance  with  protester's  motion,  this protest  is
   DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).  The suspension of respon-
   dent's delegation of procurement authority lapses by its terms.
