                                 ORDER
 
        On February 13, 1995, the Board docketed  this protest filed
   by  Output  Services,  Inc.  concerning  the  award  of  Minerals
   Management Services contract no. 14-35-0002-4271 to Anacomp, Inc.
   for computer output microfiche.
 
        On February  22, protester filed  a motion  to withdraw  its
   protest.  Respondent had no objection.
 
        Accordingly,  the protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
