                                 ORDER
 
        On January 20,  1995, the Board docketed a  protest filed by
   Allstate  Leasing, Inc.  concerning a  solicitation  by the  U.S.
   Nuclear Regulatory Commission for the lease of passenger sedans.
 
        On January 25,  the appellant filed a motion  to dismiss its
   protest without prejudice.  Respondent had no objection.
 
        Accordingly,  the protest  is  DISMISSED WITHOUT  PREJUDICE.
