                                 ORDER
 
        On January  19, 1995,  Federal Systems  Group, Inc.,  (FSG),
   protested  the  Defense  Logistics Agency s  (DLA s)  award  of a
   contract  for network  file system  software  and maintenance  to
   Integrated  Systems Group,  Inc.   On  February  24, the  parties
   advised the Board that they  have settled their dispute and moved
   to dismiss the protest.  Pursuant to the agreement of the parties
   and Rule 28, this protest is DISMISSED.
