Pursuant to Rule 35, Integrated Systems Group, Inc. (ISG) filed a timely application for the award of the attorney fees that it incurred in connection with this protest. The application for attorney fees is granted in the amount of $9,204. On October 7, 1994, ISG filed this protest concerning the award made by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) pursuant to solicitation DCA200-94-R-0074 for the acquisition of forty-three printers. On November 29, 1994, the Board issued its decision granting the protest. On December 28, 1994, ISG filed an application for the award of $9,204 for the attorney fees that it incurred in pursuing this protest. On February 10, 1995, DISA informed the Board that it does not oppose ISG's application. ISG submitted appropriate documentation justifying the time expended by its attorneys. Decision Pursuant to 40 U.S.C. 759(f)(5)(C) (1988), ISG is awarded $9,204 for the attorney fees that it incurred in pursuing this protest. This award is to be paid, without interest, from the permanent indefinite judgment fund, 31 U.S.C. 1304 (1988). ______________________________ MARTHA H.
