They seek a dismissal without prejudice for ten working days following entry of this order, and a dismissal with prejudice thereafter. The parties have stipulated that this dismissal order shall not "in any way prejudice, the claims and contentions of Network Software Associates, Inc. or the Department of Justice in connection with any current or future dispute between the parties under the Freedom of Information Act, including but not limited to the Freedom of Information Act Appeal filed by Network Software Associates, Inc. on or about January 5, 1995." In accordance with the joint motion of the parties, and under the quoted conditions, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
