                                 ORDER
 
        The subject protest, of the rejection of Somera Construction
   Company's bid on  a contract for the construction  of a two-story
   classroom building, was filed at  the Board on December 19, 1994.
   Following a telephone conference  in which it was explained  that
   the  Board's jurisdiction  to entertain  protests  is limited  to
   protests of  procurements of automated data  processing equipment
   and  services pursuant  to  the Brooks  Act,  40 U.S.C.    759(f)
   (1988), protester voluntarily withdrew its protest.  
 
        Accordingly,  this  protest  is  hereby  DISMISSED   WITHOUT
   PREJUDICE.  Rule 28.
