ORDER This protest was filed by PAS Communications, Inc., on December 15, 1994, against respondent, the Department of Veterans Affairs. The procurement in question is for maintenance and follow on services of telecommunications equipment in the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Protester alleges that its bid is the most qualified technically, the most advantageous to the Government, and the lowest priced. On December 19, 1994, the Board convened a prehearing conference, at which time discovery was authorized and a date for the hearing on the merits was established. On January 9, 1995, protester requested a dismissal of its protest. Respondent poses no objection to protester's request.
