ORDER On December 12, 1994, Systems Integration Group, Inc., filed this protest concerning the award made by the Agency for International Development pursuant to solicitation OP/A/AOT-94-P- 001 for technical support services and assistance in implementing and managing automated information systems to Software Control International, Inc. On January 3, 1995, the protester filed a motion to dismiss with prejudice. Respondent and intervenor have no objection to the dismissal of this protest.
