(Anstec) filed a protest challenging the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA's) award of contract number DTFA-02-95-D-95305 for federal information processing support services to intervenor Modern Technology Systems, Incorporated (MTS). On December 5, 1994, Productive Data Systems, Inc. (PDS) filed a notice of intervention in Anstec's protest, GSBCA 13087-P, and asserted independent protest grounds against the award to MTS. On December 13, 1994, PDS filed a notice of withdrawal of its protest, stating in part: PDS has decided to withdraw its independent protest. Accordingly, PDS hereby requests withdrawal of its protest [in] GSBCA No. 13100-P. PDS does not wish to withdraw as Intervenor in GSBCA No. 13087-P. Accordingly, PDS' protest, GSBCA 13100-P, is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
