ORDER On December 5, 1994, FedOpt filed with the Board a protest regarding a procurement being conducted by the Federal Bureau of Prisons for optometric services to be provided at the Low Security Correctional Institution located in Allenwood, Pennsylvania. On December 6, 1994, the Board convened a telephone conference to explain to protester that the Board does not have jurisdiction to entertain this protest. Since FedOpt has also protested to the General Accounting Office (GAO), protester requested that the Board dismiss this protest so as to permit the matter to proceed at GAO.
