ORDER This protest was filed by Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), on November 21, 1994. It concerns the award of a contract for automatic data processing equipment by the General Services Administration. Ogden Government Services Corporation, the awardee in this procurement, has intervened in this protest on the side of respondent. CTA Incorporated (CTA), another participant in the procurement, has also entered this proceeding as an intervenor of right. On November 29, 1994, through counsel, protester filed a motion to dismiss this protest without prejudice. CTA does not oppose the dismissal. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
