                                 ORDER
 
        On  November 17,  1994, TeleSensory  Corporation filed  this
   protest  challenging the  award  made by  the  Department of  the
   Treasury  under  contract  number   Tir  95-0011  to  Integration
   Technologies Group.
 
        On November  29,  1994,  the protester  filed  a  motion  to
   dismiss  the protest with  prejudice.  Respondent  and intervenor
   have no objection to the dismissal of this protest.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   28.   The suspension of respondent's procurement authority lapses
