ORDER These protests challenged the award by the Department of the Treasury, United States Secret Service, of a contract for the management of its mainframe facilities to Advanced Management, Inc. (AMI). On December 1, 1994, the parties to these protests submitted to the Board a joint settlement agreement. In this agreement, the Secret Service has conceded and stipulated that a modification to the contract made some seven days after award violated Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.606 and has agreed to undertake corrective action. The settlement agreement further provides that the parties will jointly move to dismiss with prejudice all three protests, as amended, and all interventions in the protests. In accordance with the request of the parties, these protests, as amended, are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. __________________________ CATHERINE B. HYATT Board Judge
