ORDER On October 21, 1994, The Telecommunications Bank, Inc., filed this protest against the Department of Veterans Affairs. Protester alleges that it would have been prejudiced in the evaluation of its proposal based on a misinterpretation of the solicitation provisions. During a prehearing conference with the Board, the parties resolved the underlying issue and on October 27 filed a joint motion to dismiss the protest without prejudice. Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 28(a), this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. This dismissal shall convert to one with prejudice ten calendar days from written notification by respondent of contract award, unless protester moves to reinstate it before the expiration of the ten-day period. _______________________ ALLAN H.
