                                 ORDER
 
        On October 19,  1994, Integrated Systems Group,  Inc., filed
   this protest concerning  the award made by the  Department of the
   Navy pursuant to solicitation N68936-94-R-0417.
 
        On  October 31, 1994, protester  filed a voluntary motion to
   dismiss with  prejudice.   The protester  states that  Government
   counsel has been consulted and concurs in the dismissal.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   28(a).   The  suspension  of respondent's  procurement  authority
   lapses by its own terms.
