                                 ORDER
 
        This  protest  was  filed  on  October 19,  1994.    It  was
   consolidated  with an earlier  protest filed by  CRM Technologies
   Incorporated  (GSBCA  13030-P)   in  connection  with   the  same
   procurement, which was dismissed on protester's motion on 
   November 8, 1994.
 
        International Data  Products, Corporation, has now  moved to
   withdraw its protest (GSBCA 13044-P) with prejudice.
 
        The motion is granted.  This protest is DISMISSED.
