(MTS), filed this protest with the Board. MTS protested award no. DAHC38-94-F-0348 for automatic data processing equipment. On October 27, protester filed a motion to dismiss which provided: Comes now the protester, and represents to the Board that all matters in controversy between the protester and respondent have been resolved to the parties['] mutual satisfaction, and as such the protester moves this Board to dismiss the above protest without prejudice, to be dismissed with prejudice 60 days from the date of original dismissal. Respondent had no objection. This protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
