                                 ORDER
 
        This protest  was  filed by  High Performance  Technologies,
   Inc. (HPTI),  on October 14,  1994.  It  concerns the award  of a
   contract  for   automatic  data  processing   equipment  by   the
   Department of Commerce.
 
        On  November 9,  1994, HPTI,  through  counsel, advised  the
   Board that it wished to withdraw its protest.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
