                                 ORDER
 
        On  October 14, 1994,  General Exhibits, Inc.  protested its
   exclusion  from the competitive range of respondent's procurement
   of  services,  materials,   equipment,  travel,  and   facilities
   required  for  the  creative  development,  production,   design,
   installation  and testing of  certain audiovisual systems  at the
   Walnut Creek National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center.  On October
   18, 1994,  protester  asked  the  Board to  dismiss  the  protest
   without prejudice.
 
        In  accordance  with  protester's  request, the  protest  is
   hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).
