Integrated Systems Group, Inc. was an offeror of the products and services solicited by the Department of the Navy under solicitation no. N00123-94-R-5356. On October 21, the protester filed a motion to dismiss which provided: Integrated Systems Group, Inc. respectfully moves the Board in accordance with Rule 28(a)(1), for voluntary dismissal with prejudice each party to bear its own costs and attorney's fees. ISG has received information from the Government that the subject procurement has been cancelled. Accordingly, ISG can receive no meaningful relief and this protest is therefore moot.
