                                 ORDER
 
        On October 7,  1994, Source Diversified,  Incorporated (SDI)
   protested  its  exclusion   from  the  competitive  range   of  a
   procurement  being conducted by the Marine Corps Tactical Systems
   Support  Activity.   In a  conference held  on October  13, 1994,
   respondent noted that this  procurement may be excluded  from the
   Board's protest  jurisdiction.  SDI  has now  requested that  the
   Board dismiss this protest without  prejudice so that it may seek
   review at the General Accounting Office.
 
        In  accordance with SDI's request, this protest is DISMISSED
   WITHOUT PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).
