                                 ORDER
 
        On September 30, 1994, Home Health Care Services, Inc. filed
   this  protest with  the  Board alleging  that  the Department  of
   Veterans Affairs failed to award solicitation no. IFB 509-1-95 to
   the lowest bidder. 
 
        A  telephonic prehearing conference was held in this protest
   on October 6.   On the same date, protester moved  to dismiss its
   protest with prejudice.  Respondent had no objections.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
