                                 ORDER
 
        This  protest was filed by Samtech Research, Inc. (Samtech),
   on September 20, 1994.   It concerns agency actions taken under a
   solicitation  for  automatic  data processing  equipment  by  the
   Defense Information System Agency.
 
        On October  17, 1994,  the parties filed  a joint  motion to
   dismiss this protest with prejudice.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
