_______________________________________________ DISMISSED: October 5, 1994 _______________________________________________ GSBCA 12988-P INTEGRATED SYSTEMS GROUP, INC., Protester, v. DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY, Respondent. Stephen L. Mills, VP Marketing, Integrated Systems Group, Vienna, VA, appearing for Protester. Barbara J. Amster, Office of Counsel, Naval Ocean Systems Center, Department of the Navy, San Diego, CA, counsel for Respondent. BORWICK, Board Judge. ORDER On September 26, 1994, Integrated Systems Group, Inc. (ISG) protested the Department of the Navy's (Navy's) alleged exclusion of ISG from the competition for a procurement of a memory module for a SPARC workstation. The Navy filed a motion to dismiss, noting that the procurement had been conducted through a request for quotations under the small purchase provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, and that ISG had not been excluded from the competition. The Navy attached to its motion the quotation ISG had submitted in response to the request for quotations. ISG then withdrew its protest. Pursuant to Rule 28, this protest is DISMISSED. ________________________________ ANTHONY S. BORWICK Board Judge
