                                 ORDER
 
        Integrated  Systems  Group,  Inc.  filed   this  protest  on
   September  26, 1994, concerning the acquisition of ethernet cards
   under solicitation no. MDA928-94-R-0006.
 
        On September  28, protester  submitted a  motion to  dismiss
   with prejudice which provided:
 
             Integrated Systems  Group, Inc.  respectfully
             moves  the  Board  in  accordance  with  Rule
             28(a)(1),   for   voluntary   dismissal  with
             prejudice each  party to  bear its  own costs
             and attorney's fees.
 
             Government  counsel  has been  consulted  and
             concurs.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH  PREJUDICE. Rule
   (28)(a).
