                                 ORDER
 
        This protest was filed by Integrated Systems  Group, Inc. on
   September 26, 1994.   Protester contended  that its proposal  was
   timely  submitted but  mishandled by  the Department of  the Navy
   (Navy).  
 
        The protest  in question  was assigned  docket number  GSBCA
   12985-P.   Before  a docketing  order  could be  issued, however,
   protester advised the  Board that, based on  information provided
   by  the Navy,  it  wished  to have  this  protest dismissed  with
   prejudice.  
        Pursuant  to  Rule  28(a), this  protest  is  DISMISSED WITH
   PREJUDICE.
