                                 ORDER
 
        On  September 21,  1994,  Faxland Corporation  protested the
   award  of  a contract  made  by  the  Defense Supply  Service  to
   FaxPlus.    
 
        On September  30, 1994, the  parties moved the Board  for an
   order dismissing this protest with prejudice.  In accordance with
   this  request, the  protest  is DISMISSED  WITH PREJUDICE.   Rule
   28(a).
