                                 ORDER
 
         Systems  Integration Products, Inc.  filed this  protest on
   September 12,  1994,   concerning the award  of a  contract under
   solicitation  no. 1450-K00-94-003 for a software site license and
   services.
 
        On September 21, the Board received a motion to dismiss from
   the protester.  Respondent had no objections.
 
        Accordingly,  this  protest  is  DISMISSED  WITH  PREJUDICE.
