                                 ORDER
 
        This  protest  was  reinstated  by  FDC  Technologies,  Inc.
   (FDCT), on September 12, 1994.   It concerns agency actions taken
   under a solicitation  for automatic data processing  equipment by
   the Department of Agriculture.
 
        On October  20, 1994, following  a hearing on the  merits of
   this protest, FDCT notified the Board that it was withdrawing its
   protest.  
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
