                                 ORDER
 
        On September  9, 1994,  Computer Data  Systems, Inc.  (CDSI)
   protested  the award  of a  contract  made by  the Department  of
   Justice, Immigration  and Naturalization  Service, to  Electronic
   Data Systems (EDS).  
 
        On  October 4,  1994,  CDSI  moved the  Board  for an  order
   dismissing this protest.   In accordance  with this request,  the
   protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).  The suspension
   of respondent's delegation of procurement authority lapses by its
   terms.
