                                 ORDER
 
        This protest  was filed on  September 8, 1994.   The parties
   have now resolved the differences between them and entered into a
   settlement agreement.
 
        Both  parties have  now jointly  moved,  in accordance  with
   their agreement, to dismiss this matter with prejudice.
 
        The motion is granted.  This 
   protest  is DISMISSED.  The suspension  order  heretofore entered
   expires by its terms.
