                                 Order
 
        On   September   1,   1994,   protester,  Decision   Systems
   Technologies,   Inc.,  challenged   a   proposed  settlement   by
   respondent Defense  Logistics Agency of another protest, docketed
   as  GSBCA  12930-P,  brought  by  Materials,   Communication  and
   Computers, Inc.  On September 16, protester moved to withdraw its
   protest,  recognizing that its protest was premature.  Respondent
   does  not  object.   Pursuant  to  Rule  28(a), this  protest  is
   DISMISSED.
