Protester and NASA have settled the matters in dispute between them, and have entered into a settlement agreement, which provides among other things, that NASA will reimburse protester for its reasonable protest costs, including attorneys fees, in an amount not to exceed $6,500. Said settlement agreement also requires protester to file a motion to dismiss this protest with prejudice. Protester has done so. The motion is GRANTED.
