GSC protested the intended award of a contract by respondent, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, to Science Systems and Applications, Incorporated (SSAI), for comprehensive support services in support of the Goddard Institute for Space Studies. On August 16, 1994, Hughes STX Corporation (Hughes) filed a notice of intervention as an intervenor of right on the side of protester, and on August 17, 1994, SSAI filed its notice of intervention as an intervenor of right on the side of respondent. Upon motion of Hughes, the Board dismissed it as an intervenor on August 31, 1994. On August 31, protester moved this Board to dismiss its protest with prejudice pursuant to Rule 28(a). None of the other parties objects to protester's motion. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED.
