                                 ORDER
 
        On August  8, 1994, Health  Cost Controls of  America, Inc.,
   filed this protest concerning a solicitation for health care cost
   recovery services for various Federal agencies.
 
        On August 10, 1994, the protester filed a motion to withdraw
   the protest  without prejudice.   Respondent has no  objection to
   the dismissal of this protest.
 
        Accordingly,  the protest  is  DISMISSED WITHOUT  PREJUDICE.
   Rule  28(a).   This shall  become a  dismissal with  prejudice on
   August  25,  1994,  unless  prior  to that  date,  the  protester
   requests a reinstatement of its protest.  Rule 28(b).
