ORDER On July 26, 1994, Northwest Communication Service, Inc., protested solicitation number 101-17-94 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for a voice/data telephone system for the VA Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. On July 29, 1994, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss stating that the various disputes had been settled and requesting that the protest be dismissed without prejudice, with each side bearing its own costs. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. As provided in Rule 28(b) this case shall be deemed to have been dismissed with prejudice 10 working days from the date of this order. 58 Fed.
