ORDER On July 25, 1994, The Telecommunications Bank, Inc., protested solicitation number 101-18-94 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for a voice/data telephone system for the VA Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia. On July 29, 1994, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss stating that the various disputes had been settled and requesting that the protest be dismissed without prejudice, with each side bearing its own costs. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
