ORDER On July 21, 1994, Integrated Systems Group, Inc., filed with the Board a protest involving a Department of the Air Force procurement of Remote LAN Node devices under a non-mandatory schedule contract. Protester alleged that the agency improperly treated its submission. On August 2, 1994, protester filed a voluntary motion to dismiss with prejudice. The agency does not oppose the requested dismissal. Accordingly, the protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
