                                 ORDER
 
        On July 21, 1994, Integrated Systems Group, Inc., filed with
   the  Board a  protest involving  a  Department of  the Air  Force
   procurement  of Remote  LAN Node  devices  under a  non-mandatory
   schedule  contract.  Protester alleged that the agency improperly
   treated its submission.
 
        On August  2, 1994,  protester filed  a voluntary  motion to
   dismiss with prejudice.  The agency does not oppose the requested
   dismissal.  Accordingly, the protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
   Rule 28(a).  The Board's  suspension of  the agency's  applicable
   procurement authority, entered in the initial conference,  lapses
   by its terms.  40 U.S.C.   759(f)(3) (1988).
