                                 ORDER
 
        This  protest was filed on June  20, 1994.  It protested the
   award of a contract to transport handicapped persons in the state
   of Missouri.    At a  telephonic  prehearing conference  held  on
   June 24, 1994, protester's president withdrew its protest stating
   its intention to refile at the General Accounting Office.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED.
