ORDER These consolidated protests were filed with the Board on June 8, 1994, by Integrated Systems Group, Inc., against respondent, the Defense Information Systems Agency. The solicitations under which these protests were filed are for the procurement of general purpose automatic data processing equipment. Protester alleges that respondent violated statute and regulation by eliminating it from the competitive range. Precision Micro Research Corporation intervened in GSBCA 12861-P as an intervenor of right, DataExpert Corporation intervened in GSBCA 12862-P as an intervenor of right, and QSOFT, Inc., intervened in both protests as an intervenor of right. On June 20, 1994, protester filed a motion to dismiss both protests. All other parties to these protests concur with the motion. Accordingly, these protests are DISMISSED. Rule 28(a).
