ORDER On June 1, 1994, the Board docketed a protest filed by First Image Management Company (FIM) against the award made to Labat- Anderson Inc. under solicitation number HQ-93-22. We had suspended the applicable delegation of procurement authority pending the resolution of an earlier protest involving the same procurement. Prior to any further action on this protest, on June 3, 1994, the respondent and the protester filed a joint motion to dismiss the protest with prejudice. The parties have stated that the protested award to Labat-Anderson Inc. has been terminated for the convenience of the Government. Accordingly, the request to dismiss is granted.
